1.INSTALL NO. 3 COOLER AIR DUCT
Install the No. 3 cooler air duct with the 3 clips.

3.INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING BLOWER ASSEMBLY
Attach the guide to install the air conditioning blower assembly.

Remove in this Direction |
Install the air conditioning blower assembly with the 3 bolts B and tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.
Attach the harness clamp.
Connect each connector.
Connect the drain cooler hose to the grommet.
Attach the claw to connect the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly to the body.
Install the 2 bolts A.

15.CONNECT COOLER REFRIGERANT LIQUID PIPE D
Remove the vinyl tape from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe D.
Sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe D.
ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
Install the O-ring to the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe D.
Keep the O-rings and O-ring fitting surfaces free of foreign matter.
Connect the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe D with the bolt.

16.CONNECT COOLER REFRIGERANT SUCTION PIPE D
Remove the vinyl tape from the cooler refrigerant suction pipe D.
Sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the cooler refrigerant suction pipe D.
ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
Install the O-ring to the cooler refrigerant suction pipe D.
Keep the O-rings and O-ring fitting surfaces free of foreign matter.
Connect the cooler refrigerant suction pipe D with the bolt.
