When the cable is disconnected / reconnected to the battery terminal, systems temporarily stop operating. However, each system has a function that completes learning the first time the systems is used.

The following procedure is for the LH side.
1. PRECAUTION (for First Row)
Be sure to read Precaution thoroughly before servicing.
After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
If the pretensioner has been deployed, replace any damaged parts as necessary.
2.DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (for First Row)
Operate the rear power seat switch and move the ottoman to the uppermost position and seatback to the frontmost position.
Disconnet the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
If the airbag deploys for any reason, it may cause a serious accident.

Remove the bolt and floor anchor of the No. 3 seat outer belt assembly LH.

Pull back the No. 1 slide door weatherstrip LH so that the rear quarter trim panel assembly LH can be removed.

Using moulding remover D, detach the claw and open the cover as shown in the illustration.
Remove the bolt.
Remove the 2 bolts.
Detach the guide and remove the No. 3 seat outer belt assembly LH.
