Hide 58904B 6.REMOVE PARKING BRAKE HOLE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Separate Seat Type)

Hide 46441 8.LOOSEN NO. 1 WIRE ADJUSTING NUT

Release the parking brake lever lock and return it to its off position.

Remove the lock nut and loosen the No. 1 wire adjusting nut.

Disconnect the parking brake switch connector.

Disengage the clamp and disconnect the parking brake switch connector.

Remove the 3 bolts and parking brake lever sub-assembly.

HINT:

Remove the parking brake lever sub-assembly with the floor carpet folded back.

Remove the clip and separate the No. 1 parking brake cable assembly.

HINT:

Remove the clip with the floor carpet folded back.

Lift up


Bend the claw so that the No. 1 parking brake cable assembly can be removed.

Remove the No. 1 parking brake cable assembly from the parking brake lever sub-assembly.
