NETWORKING  LIN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM(for SFTM Made)  B232588  Door LIN Bus off  


DESCRIPTION

The main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) intermittently monitors the LIN communication bus between the components related to the doors. DTC B232588 is stored when a malfunction in the LIN communication bus between the components related to the doors is detected consecutively 3 times.

Connect the GTS to the vehicle and turn a courtesy light switch on and off at 1.5 second intervals until communication between the GTS and vehicle begins.

Reconnect the power distribution box assembly connectors.

Disconnect the J2 multiplex network master switch assembly connector.


d.

Disconnect the J6 front power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.

Disconnect the I7 front power window regulator motor assembly RH connector.


f.

Disconnect the L5 rear power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.


g.

Disconnect the K5 rear power window regulator motor assembly RH connector.


h.

Disconnect the P4 sliding roof ECU (sliding roof drive gear assembly) connector.*1


i.

Disconnect the Q7 kick door control sensor connector.*2

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Disconnect the L5 rear power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.


f.
