The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization, or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed, installed, or replaced during the blower assembly removal/installation are shown below.

HINT:
·

When the cable is disconnected / reconnected to the battery terminal, systems temporarily stop operating. However, each system has a function that completes learning the first time the system is used.

Air conditioning system After the ignition switch is turned to ON, the servo motor standard position is recognized. -

Before removing the blower assembly, set the air conditioning to recirculation mode.



PROCEDURE

Hide 2.DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL


CAUTION:

Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

·

If the airbag deploys for any reason, it may cause a serious accident.

Remove the screw.

Detach the guide and disconnect the blower assembly side of the No. 2 cooler wiring.

Disconnect the connector from the No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.

Detach the guide.



c.

Remove the 2 screws.

Detach the guide and disconnect the blower assembly side of the No. 2 cooler wiring.

for Automatic Air Conditioning System:

Disconnect the connector from the No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.


ii.

Detach the guide.

Remove the 2 screws.
