This DTC is stored when the sliding roof ECU (sliding roof drive gear assembly) detects that the map light sub-assembly (slide/tilt switch) is stuck for 30 seconds or more.

If the sliding roof ECU (sliding roof drive gear assembly) is removed and reinstalled or replaced, the sliding roof ECU (sliding roof drive gear assembly) must be initialized.

Disconnect the P24 map light sub-assembly (slide/tilt switch) connector.
Disconnect the P4 sliding roof ECU (sliding roof drive gear assembly) connector.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
