DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when the radio and display receiver assembly detects a short in a speaker circuit.

PROCEDURE

1.CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - EACH SPEAKER OR TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER)
a.

Disconnect the G154 radio and display receiver assembly connector.


b.

Disconnect the G5 and G6 front No. 2 speaker assembly connectors.*

*: for 6 Speakers



c.

Disconnect the J1 and I1 front No. 1 speaker assembly connectors.


d.

Disconnect the L1 and K1 rear speaker assembly connectors.


e.

Disconnect the G132 telematics transceiver connector.


f.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

*1: for 6 Speakers

*2: for 4 Speakers

G154-2 (FL+) or G6-4 (TWL+) - Body ground*1 Always 10 kΩ or higher
