Remove the bolt and rotate the hook connector as shown in the illustration.
Disconnect the suction pipe sub-assembly from the air conditioning unit assembly.
Disengage the 2 clamps to separate the suction pipe sub-assembly.
Remove the O-ring from the suction pipe sub-assembly.
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.

12.REMOVE COOLER REFRIGERANT LIQUID PIPE A (for NR Series Engine)

Disconnect the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A from the air conditioning unit assembly.
Disengage the 2 clamps to separate the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.
Remove the O-ring from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.
13.REMOVE BRAKE ACTUATOR WITH BRACKET

Move aside the suction pipe sub-assembly and cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A as shown in the illustration.
Do not apply excessive force to the suction pipe sub-assembly and cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.

Disconnect the connector |
Release the lock lever and disconnect the connector from the brake actuator assembly.
Be careful not to allow any brake fluid to enter the connector.

Use tags or make a memo to identify the places to reconnect the brake lines.
Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the 6 brake lines from the brake actuator assembly.
Do not kink or damage the brake lines.
Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt or dust to enter the brake lines from the connecting parts.
Disengage the 5 clamps to remove the No. 1 brake tube clamp from the brake lines.
Do not kink or damage the brake lines.
for NR Series Engine:
Disengage the 5 clamps to remove the No. 2 brake tube clamp from the brake lines.
Disengage the clamp and remove the No. 2 brake tube clamp from the vehicle body.
Disengage the 5 clamps to remove the No. 1 brake tube clamp from the brake lines.
Remove the 2 nuts.
Remove the bolt and brake actuator with bracket.
Do not kink or damage the brake lines.
Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt or dust to enter the brake lines from the connecting parts.
Be careful not to allow any brake fluid to enter the connector.
Do not hold the brake actuator assembly by the connector.
Do not drop the brake actuator with bracket when carrying it.
Remove the brake actuator with bracket while avoiding the brake lines.

Remove the 3 bolts and brake actuator assembly from the brake actuator bracket assembly.
Do not hold the brake actuator assembly by the connector.
Be careful not to allow any brake fluid to enter the connector.
