Remove the 2 clips.

Disengage the claw to remove the inlet No. 3 air cleaner.

Hide Display 17751 5.REMOVE INLET NO. 1 AIR CLEANER

Remove the 4 bolts and inlet No. 1 air cleaner from the upper radiator support sub-assembly and inlet No. 2 air cleaner.

Hide Display 17752 6.REMOVE INLET NO. 2 AIR CLEANER

Remove the inlet No. 2 air cleaner from the air cleaner case sub-assembly.

Disengage the clamp to disconnect the hood lock control cable assembly from the upper radiator support sub-assembly.

Disconnect the 2 horn connectors.

Disengage the 3 clamps to disconnect the wire harness from the upper radiator support sub-assembly.

Remove the 5 bolts and upper radiator support sub-assembly.

*1	No. 1 Intercooler Cooling Water Hose
*2	No. 2 Intercooler Cooling Water Hose

Disengage the 2 clamps to disconnect the No. 1 intercooler cooling water hose and No. 2 intercooler cooling water hose from the fan shroud.

Disengage the 2 claws to disconnect the intercooler reserve tank assembly from the fan shroud.

Hide Display 10.DISCONNECT WATER BY-PASS HOSE ASSEMBLY

Disengage the 5 clamps to disconnect the water by-pass hose assembly from the fan shroud.

Slide the clip and disconnect the water by-pass hose assembly from the radiator assembly.

Hide Display 16571C 11.DISCONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE

Disengage the clamp and disconnect the No. 1 radiator hose from the hose clamp.

Hide Display 16572D 12.DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

Disengage the clamp and disconnect the No. 2 radiator hose from the hose clamp.

Hide Display 16555C 13.DISCONNECT NO. 5 INTERCOOLER COOLING WATER HOSE

Disengage the 3 clamps to disconnect the wire harness from the fan shroud.

Disengage the 3 clamps to disconnect the No. 5 intercooler cooling water hose from the fan shroud.

Hide Display 16594A 14.REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR AIR GUIDE

Disengage the 5 claws to remove the No. 2 radiator air guide.

Disconnect the cooling fan wire connector.

Disconnect the cooling fan motor LH connector.

Disengage the claw and raise the lock lever to disconnect the cooling fan motor LH connector as shown in the illustration.

NOTICE:: After disconnecting the cooling fan motor LH connector, make sure that dirt, water or other foreign matter does not contact the connecting parts of the cooling fan motor LH connector.

Disengage the 2 clamps to disconnect the wire harness from the fan shroud.

Disengage the 2 claws.

Disengage the 2 guides to remove the fan with motor assembly from the radiator assembly.

NOTICE:: Do not damage the radiator assembly when removing the fan with motor assembly.

Disconnect the cooling fan motor RH connector.

Disengage the claw and raise the lock lever to disconnect the cooling fan motor RH connector as shown in the illustration.

NOTICE:: After disconnecting the cooling fan motor RH connector, make sure that dirt, water or other foreign matter does not contact the connecting parts of the cooling fan motor RH connector.

Disengage the 2 clamps to remove the cooling fan wire.

Remove the 3 screws and fan RH from the cooling fan motor RH.

Remove the 3 screws and fan LH from the cooling fan motor LH.

Hide Display 16363F 19.REMOVE COOLING FAN MOTOR RH

Remove the 3 screws and cooling fan motor RH from the fan shroud.

Hide Display 16363G 20.REMOVE COOLING FAN MOTOR LH

Remove the 3 screws and cooling fan motor LH from the fan shroud.
