The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization, or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed, installed, or replaced during the brake booster assembly removal/installation are shown below.

NOTICE:

Make sure to release vacuum from the brake booster assembly before removing the brake master cylinder sub-assembly from the brake booster assembly.


HINT:

When the cable is disconnected / reconnected to the battery terminal, systems temporarily stop operating. However, each system has a function that completes learning the first time the system is used.

Learning completes when vehicle is driven

Slide the clip and disconnect the union to check valve hose from the brake booster assembly.


Hide 82111 5.SEPARATE ENGINE ROOM MAIN WIRE

Disconnect the connector from the vacuum warning switch assembly.

Disengage the 3 clamps to remove the brake tube clamp from the brake lines and clutch line.

NOTICE:
·

Do not damage or deform the brake lines.

·

Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt or dust to enter the brake lines from the connecting parts.

for Automatic Transmission:

Disengage the 2 clamps to remove the brake tube clamp from the brake lines.

NOTICE:
·

Do not damage or deform the brake lines.

·

Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt or dust to enter the brake lines from the connecting parts.

Disengage the clamp and separate the brake line from the brake tube clamp.

NOTICE:
·

Do not damage or deform the brake line.

Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt or dust to enter the brake line from the connecting parts.
