STOP AND START  ENGINE STOP AND START ECU  INSTALLATION  


CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

NOTICE:

After replacing the engine stop and start ECU, make sure to perform update ECU security key.

·

After performing the update ECU security key procedure, make sure to perform the initialization procedure for when the cable has been disconnected and reconnected to the negative (-) battery terminal.



PROCEDURE

Hide 89261A 1.INSTALL ENGINE STOP AND START ECU

Install the engine stop and start ECU with the 2 nuts.

Torque:
Nut A : 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf)
Nut B : 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 6 ft.*lbf)


b.

Engage the clamp.


c.

Connect the 3 engine stop and start ECU connectors.
