When the cable is disconnected / reconnected to the battery terminal, systems temporarily stop operating. However, each system has a function that completes learning the first time the system is used.

Hide 23818 5.REMOVE FUEL VAPOR FEED PIPE

Remove the 2 bolts and fuel vapor feed pipe from the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.


Hide 16206 6.REMOVE WATER BY-PASS PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Remove the water by-pass pipe union bolt and water inlet pipe gasket.

Remove the 3 bolts and water by-pass pipe sub-assembly from the cylinder head sub-assembly.


Hide 16261G 8.REMOVE NO. 1 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

Slide the clip and remove the No. 1 water by-pass hose from the water inlet.

Hide 11.REMOVE STUD BOLT

Using an E8 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the stud bolt from the timing chain cover assembly.
