*2	No. 2 Water By-pass Hose

Disconnect the throttle body with motor assembly connector.

Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 1 water by-pass hose and No. 2 water by-pass hose from the throttle body with motor assembly.

Remove the throttle body with motor assembly from the intake manifold.

NOTICE:: If the throttle body with motor assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.

Remove the throttle body gasket from the intake manifold.

Hide Display 82121 7.DISCONNECT ENGINE WIRE

Disengage the wire harness clamp.

Remove the bolt and wire harness clamp bracket from the intake manifold.

Disengage the wire harness clamp from the wire harness clamp bracket.

Remove the bolt and wire harness clamp bracket from the intake manifold.

Disconnect the No. 2 water by-pass hose from the intake manifold.

Remove the bolt and disengage the wire harness clamp from the cylinder block sub-assembly.

Hide Display 23829 8.REMOVE NO. 3 FUEL VAPOR FEED HOSE

Slide the clip and remove the No. 3 fuel vapor feed hose from the intake manifold.

Hide Display 17111 9.REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD

Remove the 5 bolts and intake manifold from the cylinder head sub-assembly.

Hide Display 17177 10.REMOVE NO. 1 INTAKE MANIFOLD TO HEAD GASKET

Remove the No. 1 intake manifold to head gasket from the intake manifold.

Hide Display 11.REMOVE STUD BOLT

Using an E6 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 stud bolts from the intake manifold.
