7GR-FKS COOLING  RADIATOR  INSPECTION  


PROCEDURE

Hide 16210 1.INSPECT FLUID COUPLING ASSEMBLY

a.

Remove the fan with fluid coupling assembly.

Click hereEngine / Hybrid System>7GR-FKS (COOLING)>RADIATOR>REMOVAL


b.

Remove the 4 nuts and fan from the fluid coupling assembly.


c.
A442756

Turn the fluid coupling and check that the bearing moves smoothly and quietly.

If necessary, replace the fluid coupling assembly.


d.

Check the fluid coupling for damage or silicon oil leaks.

If necessary, replace the fluid coupling assembly.


e.

Install the fan to the fluid coupling assembly with the 4 nuts.

Torque:
9.0 N*m (92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf)


f.

Remove the fan with fluid coupling assembly.
