Disconnect the N209 telematics transceiver connector.


b.

Disconnect the a19 map light assembly connector.


c.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
a19-21 (GND3) - N209-3 (SIG-) Always Below 1 Ω
a19-21 (GND3) or N209-3 (SIG-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher



d.

Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Voltage:
Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
a19-19 (RRID) - Body ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V

Disconnect the a22 map light assembly connector.


c.

a22-12 (GND3) - N209-3 (SIG-) Always Below 1 Ω
a22-12 (GND3) or N209-3 (SIG-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
