DESCRIPTION

If the telematics transceiver detects an error in the communication between the telematics transceiver and the map light assembly (manual [SOS] switch) as a result of the telematics transceiver self check, this DTC will be stored.

When replacing the telematics transceiver, make sure to replace it with a new one.



PROCEDURE

1.CHECK DTC
a.

Turn the ignition switch to ON.


b.

Connect the GTS to the DLC3.


c.

Turn the ignition switch to ON and wait for 10 seconds or more.


d.

Turn the GTS on.


e.

Check for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output.
