LIGHTING (EXT)  HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY(for LED Headlight)  INSTALLATION

Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

The procedure described below is for the LH side.



PROCEDURE

Hide 1.INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

Install in this Direction (1)

Install in this Direction (2)


Attach the claw and set the headlight assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) to the vehicle.


b.

Slide the headlight assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) and attach the guide.


c.

Place your hand on the 2 brackets of the headlight assembly LH and set them on the screw seats.

NOTICE:

Be careful not to break the bracket.

Bolt


Install the headlight assembly LH with bolt and 2 screws.

Torque:
Bolt : 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)

w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

i.

Attach the clamp.

Protective Tape


Connect the connector and lock the connector lock lever under the headlight assembly LH.

Remove the protective tape.

Install in this Direction


Attach the clip and claw and return the fender apron mudguard seal sub-assembly LH to its original position.
