PROCEDURE

Hide 44740 1.INSTALL VACUUM RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY

Install the vacuum reservoir assembly with the 2 nuts.

Torque:
8.5 N*m (87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf)


Hide 44730 2.TIGHTEN BRAKE VACUUM CHECK VALVE ASSEMBLY

HINT:

This procedure is only performed when the brake vacuum check valve is being replaced or inspected.

Tighten the vacuum check valve assembly.

Torque:
29.4 N*m (300 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf)

Connect the 2 vacuum hoses and slide the clip to secure it.

NOTICE:

When connecting the vacuum hose, face the paint mark up.

·

Make sure that the tabs of the clip are facing upward.
