73320A 2.INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH

a.

Attach the guide.

b.

Install the No. 1 seat 3-point type belt assembly LH with the nut.

Torque:

42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf)

c.

Attach the hook.

d.

Install the wiring harness clamp.

e.

Temporarily install the reclining sensor of No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly LH to the No. 1 seatback spring assembly LH with the 3 nuts.

Insert pin punch 3 into the zero point alignment hole of the No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly LH.

g.

Tighten the 3 nuts in the order shown in the illustration.

Torque:

3.5 N*m (36 kgf*cm, 31 in.*lbf)

Close in this Direction

Attach the claw and close the cover as shown in the illustration.

i.

Install the 3 screws.

Install the anchor of No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly LH with the bolt.

Torque:

42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf)

NOTICE:

Do not allow the anchor part of the No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly LH to overlap the protruding part.

Check that the ELR locks.

i.

With the No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly LH installed to the vehicle, check that the belt locks when it is pulled out quickly.
