4.DISCONNECT NO. 7 WATER BY-PASS HOSE
Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 7 water by-pass hose from the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly
Do not apply force to the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly when disconnecting the No. 7 water by-pass hose.
Do not damage the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly.
When disconnecting the No. 7 water by-pass hose, slide the clip, rotate the hose and pull it straight off the pipe.

5.REMOVE ENGINE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY (WATER INLET HOUSING)
Disconnect the sensor wire connector.
Disconnect the engine water pump assembly (water inlet housing) connector.
Using an 8 mm socket wrench, remove the bolt and disconnect the sensor wire from the engine water pump assembly (water inlet housing).
Remove the 4 bolts and engine water pump assembly (water inlet housing) from the cylinder block assembly.
Remove the gasket from the engine water pump assembly (water inlet housing).
