Install the front seat cushion panel sub-assembly LH with the 4 bolts.

Torque:

4.5 N*m (46 kgf*cm, 40 in.*lbf)

Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seat cushion cover with 14 new hog rings in the order shown in the illustration.

NOTICE:

Be careful not to dirty or damage the separate type front seat cushion cover.

·

Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type front seat cushion cover.

Attach the hook and install the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad.

for Front Passenger Side:

Attach the claw and install the connector of the occupant detection sensor.

Attach the hook and install the front seatback spring sub-assembly LH.

Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seatback cover with 16 new hog rings in the order shown in the illustration.

Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type front seatback cover.

Attach the guide and claw and install the 2 front seat headrest supports as shown in the illustration.

Pass the wire harness through the hole on the separate type front seatback cover.

Attach the hook.

Close the 2 fasteners.

Attach the guide and install the LH seat reclining adjuster inside cover LH to the separate type front seatback assembly.

Attach the guide.

Attach the hook.

for Driver Side:

Attach the claw and clamp.

for Front Passenger Side:

Attach the claw and clamp.

Attach the claw and install the LH seat reclining adjuster inside cover RH to the front seat inner cushion shield LH.
