PROCEDURE

Hide 23070 1.INSTALL FUEL MAIN VALVE ASSEMBLY

a.

Apply gasoline to a new O-ring.

*1 O-ring
*2 Spacer


Install the spacer and O-ring to the fuel main valve assembly.


c.

Install the fuel main valve assembly to the fuel suction with pump and gauge tube assembly.

NOTICE:

Make sure that the O-ring is not cut or pinched during installation.



d.

Attach the 3 claws and install the No. 3 fuel suction support to the fuel suction with pump and gauge tube assembly.


e.

Attach the 4 claws and connect the sub-assembly support to the fuel suction with pump and gauge tube assembly.


f.

Apply gasoline to a new O-ring.

Install the O-ring to the No. 1 housing sub-assembly.


h.

Attach the 2 clamps and connect the fuel tube to the fuel sub-tank sub-assembly.


i.

Attach the 2 claws and connect the No. 1 housing sub-assembly to the fuel sub-tank sub-assembly.
