DESCRIPTION

The telephone microphone assembly LH is connected to the navigation receiver assembly via voice recognition microphone 1 signal detection line.

This DTC is stored when the navigation receiver assembly detects disconnection of telephone microphone assembly LH.

PROCEDURE

1.CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY - NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY, TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER)
a.

Disconnect the P24 map light assembly connector.


b.

Disconnect the G156 navigation receiver assembly connector.


c.

Disconnect the G131 telematics transceiver connector.


d.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
P24-2 (SNS1) - G156-25 (SNS) Always Below 1 Ω
P24-3 (MO1-) - G131-7 (MCI-) Always Below 1 Ω
P24-2 (SNS1) or G197-25 (SNS) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
P24-3 (MO1-) or G152-7 (MCI-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

With the navigation receiver assembly connectors connected, disconnect the P24 map light assembly connector.


b.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

P24-3 (MO1-) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
