The air conditioning particulate matter sensor (air conditioning duct sub-assembly) communicates with the air conditioning amplifier assembly via LIN communication.
If the air conditioning amplifier assembly cannot receive a signal from the air conditioning particulate matter sensor (air conditioning duct sub-assembly), this DTC is stored.

Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following procedure.
Disconnect the E169 air conditioning particulate matter sensor (air conditioning duct sub-assembly) connector.
Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Using an oscilloscope, check the waveform.
