Hide Display 63349A 1.INSTALL REAR ROOF HEADLINING GARNISH

HINT:: Perform this procedure only when replacement of the rear roof headlining garnish is necessary.

Engage the 4 clips to install the rear roof headlining garnish.

Hide Display 2.INSTALL REAR SLIDING ROOF HOUSING MOUNTING BRACKET LH

Temporarily install the rear sliding housing mounting bracket LH for the roof sunshade housing assembly with the bolt.

Hide Display 3.INSTALL REAR SLIDING ROOF HOUSING MOUNTING BRACKET RH

HINT:: Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

Hide Display 4.INSTALL FRONT SLIDING ROOF HOUSING MOUNTING BRACKET LH

Temporarily install the front sliding housing mounting bracket LH for the roof sunshade housing assembly with the bolt.

Hide Display 5.INSTALL FRONT SLIDING ROOF HOUSING MOUNTING BRACKET RH

HINT:: Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

Hide Display 63250H 6.INSTALL SUNSHADE HOUSING ASSEMBLY

Temporarily install the sunshade housing assembly with the 7 nuts and 4 bolts.

Tighten the 7 nuts and 8 bolts to install the sunshade housing assembly.

HINT:: Tighten the nuts and bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

Torque:: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf)

Hide Display 63260A 7.INSTALL SLIDING ROOF DRIVE GEAR SUB-ASSEMBLY

Apply MP grease to the gear of the sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly.

Install the sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

Torque:: 3.0 N*m (31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf)

Connect the connector.

Hide Display 63231C 8.INSTALL ROOM LIGHT BRACKET

Engage the 2 guides.

Install the room light bracket with the 2 bolts.

Torque:: 2.5 N*m (25 kgf*cm, 22 in.*lbf)
