1.INSTALL REAR SLIDING ROOF HOUSING MOUNTING BRACKET LH

a.

Temporarily install the rear sliding roof housing mounting bracket LH for the sunshade housing assembly with the bolt.

2.INSTALL REAR SLIDING ROOF HOUSING MOUNTING BRACKET RH

3.INSTALL FRONT SLIDING ROOF HOUSING MOUNTING BRACKET LH

a.

Temporarily install the front sliding roof housing mounting bracket LH for the sunshade housing assembly with the bolt.

4.INSTALL FRONT SLIDING ROOF HOUSING MOUNTING BRACKET RH

63250H 5.INSTALL SUNSHADE HOUSING ASSEMBLY

a.

Temporarily install the sunshade housing assembly with the 7 nuts and 4 bolts.

Tighten the 7 nuts and 8 bolts to install the sunshade housing assembly.

HINT:

Tighten the nuts and bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

Torque:

8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf)

a.

Engage the 2 guides.

b.

Install the room light bracket with the 2 bolts.

Torque:

5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
