DESCRIPTION
When a malfunction has occurred in the power source circuit, the 4WD ECU assembly stores DTC C123A1C.

Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.
·After performing repairs, clear the DTCs and check that the DTCs are not output again.
PROCEDURE
Turn the ignition switch off.
Disconnect the N3 4WD ECU assembly connector.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Voltage:
Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition N3-24 (IG1) - Body ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V
- Result:
Proceed to OK NG

Turn the ignition switch off.
Disconnect the N3 4WD ECU assembly connector.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Resistance:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition N3-1 (GND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
- Result:
Proceed to OK NG
