1.INSTALL REAR DOOR UPPER WINDOW FRAME MOULDING LH
Attach the guide to temporarily install the rear door upper window frame moulding LH to the rear door frame.
Using an air riveter or hand riveter with a nose piece, install the rear door upper window frame moulding LH with 4 new φ4.0 mm (0.157 in.) waterproof rivets.

Do not pry the rivet with the riveter as this will cause damage to the riveter and mandrel.

Confirm that the rivets are seated properly against the rear door upper window frame moulding LH.
Do not tilt the riveter when installing the rivet to the rear door upper window frame moulding LH.
Do not leave any space between the rivet head and rear door upper window frame moulding LH.

Do not leave any space between the rear door upper window frame moulding LH and rear door panel. Firmly hold together the 2 items while installing the rivet.
If the mandrel of the rivet does not come off on the first operation of the rivet gun, slide the rivet gun forward on the mandrel and operate it again.

2.INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW FRAME MOULDING LH (REAR PILLAR SIDE)
Attach the guide to temporarily install the rear door window frame moulding LH (rear pillar side) to the rear door frame.
Using an air riveter or hand riveter with a nose piece, install the rear door window frame moulding LH (rear pillar side) with 3 new φ4.0 mm (0.157 in.) waterproof rivets.

4.INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW FRAME MOULDING LH (CENTER PILLAR SIDE)
When installing a new rear door window frame moulding LH (center pillar side), heat the rear door panel and rear door window frame moulding LH (center pillar side) using a heat light.

Do not touch the heat light and heated parts.
Touching the heat light may result in burns.
Touching heated parts for a long time may result in burns.
Do not heat the rear door panel and rear door window frame moulding LH (center pillar side) excessively.
Clean the rear door panel surface.
Using a heat light, heat the rear door panel surface.
Remove any double-sided tape from the rear door panel.
Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
Installing the rear door window frame moulding LH (center pillar side) with any double-sided tape remaining may cause poor adhesion. Perform this procedure until the tape is sufficiently removed.
Make sure to use a cloth when removing. Using a screwdriver, etc., may cause damage and poor adhesion.
Install a new rear door window frame moulding LH (center pillar side).
Using a heat light, heat the rear door panel and rear door window frame moulding LH (center pillar side).
Remove the release paper from the rear door window frame moulding LH (center pillar side).
After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

Attach the guide and clip and attach the double-sided tape and caulking sponge to install the rear door window frame moulding LH (center pillar side).
Press the rear door window frame moulding LH (center pillar side) firmly to install it.
Remove the protective tape.

5.INSTALL REAR DOOR WEATHERSTRIP LH
Attach the clip and install the rear door weatherstrip LH.
Install the clip.

Check that the rear door weatherstrip LH is securely installed to the rail of the rear door upper window frame moulding LH as shown in the illustration.
If the rear door weatherstrip LH is not securely installed, water may leak into the vehicle.
