Hide 69350P 1.INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK WITH COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY

NOTICE:
·

When installing a new back door lock assembly, if there are any strings attached to it, cut the strings off.



a.

w/ Power Back Door:

i.

Apply MP grease to the sliding parts of the back door lock with courtesy light switch assembly.

Temporarily install the bolt A.


iii.

Install the back door lock with courtesy light switch assembly with the 4 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

Torque:
7.0 N*m (71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf)


iv.

Connect the 2 connectors.



b.

w/o Power Back Door:

i.

Apply MP grease to the sliding parts of the back door lock with courtesy light switch assembly.

Install the back door lock with courtesy light switch assembly with the 3 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

Torque:
7.0 N*m (71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf)

Connect the connector.
