PROCEDURE

1.CHECK DTC
a.

Turn the ignition switch to ON and wait for 10 seconds or more.



c.

Check for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output.

Disconnect the G131 telematics transceiver connector.


b.

Disconnect the P24 map light assembly connector.


c.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

G131-5 (MCVD) - P24-5 (MAC1) Always Below 1 Ω
G131-6 (MCI+) - P24-4 (MO1+) Always Below 1 Ω
G131-7 (MCI-) - P24-3 (MO1-) Always Below 1 Ω
