LIGHTING (EXT) HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY(for Single Beam Headlight) INSTALLATION

Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
·The procedure described below is for the LH side.
PROCEDURE
1.INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (for Type A)
Attach the clamp.
Connect the 2 connectors.

Install in this Direction (1) |

Install in this Direction (2) |
Set the headlight assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) to the vehicle.
Slide the headlight assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) and attach the guide and lower bracket.
Place your hands at the positions shown in the illustration and set the 2 brackets of the headlight assembly LH to the screw seats.
- NOTICE:

Be careful not to break the bracket.

Install the headlight assembly LH with the bolt and 3 screws.
- Torque:
- for Bolt : 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
Remove the protective tape.
2.INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (for Type B)
Attach the clamp.
Connect the 3 connectors.

Set the headlight assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) to the vehicle.
Slide the headlight assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) and attach the guide and lower bracket.
Place your hands at the positions shown in the illustration and set the 2 brackets of the headlight assembly LH to the screw seats.
