K121 CVT  REVOLUTION SENSOR(NSS SENSOR)  INSTALLATION  


PROCEDURE

Hide 89413T 1.INSTALL TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (NSS)

a.

Coat a new O-ring with Toyota Genuine CVT fluid FE and install it to the transmission revolution sensor (NSS).

NOTICE:

Ensure that the O-ring is not twisted.



b.

Install the transmission revolution sensor (NSS) to the transaxle case sub-assembly with the bolt.

Torque:
5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)

NOTICE:

Be careful not to damage the O-ring.



c.

Connect the transmission revolution sensor (NSS) connector.
