1.REMOVE THROTTLE BODY WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY

3.REMOVE E.F.I. VACUUM SENSOR ASSEMBLY (MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE SENSOR)

4.DISCONNECT ENGINE WIRE
Remove the bolt.
Detach the wire harness clamp and disconnect the engine wire.
Disconnect the connector.
Remove the 2 bolts.
Detach the 2 wire harness clamps and disconnect the engine wire.

5.DISCONNECT NO. 3 WATER BY-PASS PIPE
Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 water by-pass hose from the No. 3 water by-pass pipe.
Using an 8 mm socket wrench, remove the bolt and separate the No. 3 water by-pass pipe from the intake manifold.

6.REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD STAY
Using an 8 mm socket wrench, remove the bolt (A).
Remove the bolt (B).
Detach the guide and remove the intake manifold stay.

7.DISCONNECT NO. 1 FUEL VAPOR FEED HOSE
Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 1 fuel vapor feed hose from the intake manifold.

8.REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD
Remove the 5 bolts and intake manifold from the cylinder head sub-assembly.

9.REMOVE NO. 1 INTAKE MANIFOLD TO HEAD GASKET
Remove the No. 1 intake manifold to head gasket from the intake manifold.
10.REMOVE VACUUM HOSE
Remove the vacuum hose from the intake manifold.
