NOTICE:

After the ignition switch is turned off, there may be a waiting time before disconnecting the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.

HINT:

When the cable is disconnected / reconnected to the auxiliary battery terminal, systems temporarily stop operating. However, each system has a function that completes learning the first time the system is used.

Learning completes when vehicle is driven

Front Camera System Drive the vehicle straight ahead at 15 km/h (9 mph) or more for 1 second or more. (Click here)

Stop and Start System Idle the engine for approximately 5 to 60 minutes or drive the vehicle until stop and start control is permitted (Click here)

Before removing the blower assembly, set the air conditioning to recirculation mode.



PROCEDURE

Hide 87130D 4.REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY

a.

for Automatic Air Conditioning System except M15B-FKS, M15C-FKS, 8ZR-FXE:

i.
E401060

Disconnect the connector.


ii.

Disengage each guide.


iii.
E401061

Remove the 2 screws.


iv.

Disengage the 2 claws and 3 guides and remove the blower assembly from the air conditioning radiator assembly.



b.

for Manual Air Conditioning System except M15B-FKS, M15C-FKS, 8ZR-FXE:

i.

Disconnect the connector.


ii.
E418734

Remove the 2 screws.


iii.

Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides and remove the blower assembly from the air conditioning radiator assembly.



c.

for M15B-FKS, M15C-FKS, 8ZR-FXE:

i.

Disconnect the connector.


ii.

Disengage the clamp.


iii.
E513293

Remove the 2 screws.


iv.

Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides and remove the blower assembly from the air conditioning radiator assembly.
