5.REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH
As shown in the illustration, pull the front bumper assembly horizontally to release each claws and disengage the front fender liner retainer.

Remove in this Direction (2) |
Remove the 3 screws and 2 clips.
Remove the 5 screws and 2 grommets.
Remove the 9 clips and front fender liner LH.
6.REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (for GTMC Made)

7.REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY
w/ Engine Hood Courtesy Switch:
Disconnect the connector.
Disengage the clamp.

Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, remove the hood lock nut cap.

Remove the 2 bolts and hood lock bolt.
Disconnect the hood lock control cable assembly to remove the hood lock assembly.

10.REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

11.REMOVE HOOD LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
Disconnect the hood lock control cable assembly to remove the hood lock control lever sub-assembly.

12.REMOVE HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY
Using a screwdriver, disengage each clamp and the grommet as shown in the illustration.

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
Pull the hood lock control cable assembly from the engine compartment to remove it.
