Update ECU security key Vehicle Control History (RoB) are stored (Click here)

NOTICE:
·

A lock pin is installed to a new steering sensor. Do not remove the lock pin before the steering sensor is installed to the spiral cable sub-assembly.

·

After replacing the steering sensor, make sure to perform update ECU security key.

·

After performing the update ECU security key procedure, make sure to perform the initialization procedure for when the cable has been disconnected and reconnected to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.



HINT:

When the cable is disconnected / reconnected to the battery terminal, systems temporarily stop operating. However, each system has a function that completes learning the first time the system is used.

Disengage the 6 claws and 2 pins, and remove the steering sensor from the spiral cable sub-assembly.

Do not damage the claws or pins of the spiral cable sub-assembly.
