PROCEDURE
1.CHECK PARKING ASSIST MONITOR SYSTEM
a.
Check if the parking assist monitor system is malfunctioning.
- Result:

2.CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY)

GO TO PARKING ASSIST MONITOR SYSTEM
2.CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY)
a.
Disconnect the I217 navigation receiver assembly connector.
b.
Disconnect the O185 rear television camera assembly connector.
c.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Resistance:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition I217-2 (CB+) - O185-4 (CB+) Always Below 1 Ω I217-3 (CV+) - O185-6 (CV+) Always Below 1 Ω I217-4 (CV-) - O185-5 (CV-) Always Below 1 Ω I217-1 (CGND) - O185-3 (CGND) Always Below 1 Ω I217-5 (SGND) - O185-7 (SGND) Always Below 1 Ω I217-2(CB+) or O185-4(CB+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher I217-3(CV+) or O185-6(CV+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher I217-4(CV-) or O185-5(CV-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher I217-1(CGND) or O185-3(CGND) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher I217-5(SGND) or O185-7(SGND) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
