BRAKE CONTROL / DYNAMIC CONTROL SYSTEMS  ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED BRAKE SYSTEM(for Gasoline Model (NR Series))  C00631F  Yaw Rate Sensor Circuit Intermittent  C006396  Yaw Rate Sensor Component Internal Failure  C05201F  Multi-axis Acceleration Sensor Module "A" Circuit Intermittent

DESCRIPTION

The airbag sensor with ECU assembly has a built-in yaw rate and acceleration sensor and detects the vehicle condition.

These DTCs are stored when the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) receives a malfunction signal from the yaw rate and acceleration sensor (airbag sensor with ECU assembly).

DTC No. Detection Item DTC Detection Condition Trouble Area
C00631F Yaw Rate Sensor Circuit Intermittent When the voltage at terminal +BS is between 9.6 and 16.5 V, data malfunction signal is received from the yaw rate sensor (airbag sensor with ECU assembly) for 1 second or more. Yaw rate sensor (airbag sensor with ECU assembly)
C006396 Yaw Rate Sensor Component Internal Failure With the +BS terminal voltage between 9.6 and 16.5 V, a yaw rate sensor internal malfunction signal is received from the yaw rate sensor (airbag sensor with ECU assembly). Yaw rate sensor (airbag sensor with ECU assembly)
C05201F Multi-axis Acceleration Sensor Module "A" Circuit Intermittent When the voltage at terminal +BS is between 9.6 and 16.5 V, data malfunction signal is received from the acceleration sensor (airbag sensor with ECU assembly) for 10 seconds or more. Acceleration sensor (airbag sensor with ECU assembly)

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

NOTICE:

After replacing or reinstalling the yaw rate and acceleration sensor (airbag sensor with ECU assembly), perform acceleration sensor zero point calibration and store system information memorization after performing "Reset Memory".
