HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR(for NR Series Engine) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

Hide Display 1.RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

Hide Display 16361A 2.REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT

Hide Display 51410 3.REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY

Hide Display 88704 4.DISCONNECT SUCTION HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Remove the bolt and disconnect the suction hose sub-assembly from the compressor assembly with pulley.

Remove the O-ring from the suction hose sub-assembly.

NOTICE:: Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.

Hide Display 88703 5.DISCONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Remove the bolt and disconnect the discharge hose sub-assembly from the compressor assembly with pulley.

Remove the O-ring from the discharge hose sub-assembly.

NOTICE:: Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.

Hide Display 88310 6.REMOVE COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY WITH PULLEY

Disconnect the connector.

	Bolt
	Nut

Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

Using an E8 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 stud bolts and compressor assembly with pulley.
