NR Series COOLING RADIATOR REMOVAL
PROCEDURE
1.REMOVE FAN WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY

2.DISCONNECT NO. 1 WATER BY-PASS HOSE
Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 1 water by-pass hose from the radiator assembly.

3.DISCONNECT NO. 3 INTERCOOLER COOLING WATER HOSE
Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 3 intercooler cooling water hose from the intercooler cooling radiator assembly.

4.DISCONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE
Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 1 radiator hose from the radiator assembly.

5.DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE
Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 radiator hose from the radiator assembly.

6.REMOVE NO. 6 INTERCOOLER COOLING WATER HOSE
Slide the clip and remove the No. 6 intercooler cooling water hose from the intercooler cooling radiator assembly.

7.REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
Disengage the 2 claws.
Disengage the 2 guides to separate the cooler condenser assembly from the intercooler cooling radiator assembly.
- NOTICE:
-
Make sure not to damage the cooler condenser assembly when separating the cooler condenser assembly.
Remove the radiator assembly with the intercooler cooling radiator assembly from the vehicle body.
- NOTICE:
-
Do not apply excessive force to the cooler condenser assembly or pipe when removing the radiator assembly with the intercooler cooling radiator assembly.
Disengage the 2 claws.
Disengage the 2 guides to remove the radiator assembly from the intercooler cooling radiator assembly.
- NOTICE:

Do not damage the intercooler cooling radiator assembly when removing the radiator assembly.

8.REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT CUSHION
Remove the 2 radiator support cushions from the radiator assembly.

9.REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR SUPPORT
Remove the 2 lower radiator supports from the radiator assembly.

10.REMOVE RADIATOR DRAIN COCK PLUG
Remove the radiator drain cock plug.
Remove the O-ring from the radiator drain cock plug.
