PROCEDURE

Hide 82125M 1.INSTALL TRANSMISSION WIRE

a.

Coat a new O-ring with Toyota Genuine CVT fluid FE and install it to the transmission wire.

NOTICE:

Ensure that the O-ring is not twisted.



b.

Pass the transmission wire through the continuously variable transaxle assembly and install it with the bolt.

Torque:
5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)

NOTICE:

Be careful not to damage the O-ring.



c.

Connect the transmission revolution sensor (NT) connector.


d.

Install a new valve body wire harness clamp to the continuously variable transaxle assembly.
