8ZR-FXE COOLING RADIATOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

Hide Display 1.REMOVE FAN WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY

Hide Display 16400 2.REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

Disengage the 2 claws.

Disengage the 2 guides to separate the cooler condenser assembly from the radiator assembly.

NOTICE:: Make sure not to damage the cooler condenser assembly when separating the cooler condenser assembly.

Remove the radiator assembly from the vehicle body.

NOTICE:: Do not apply excessive force to the cooler condenser assembly or pipe when removing the radiator assembly.

Hide Display 16523A 3.REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT CUSHION

Remove the 2 radiator support cushions from the radiator assembly.

Hide Display 16535 4.REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR SUPPORT

Remove the 2 lower radiator supports from the radiator assembly.

Hide Display 16400B 5.REMOVE RADIATOR DRAIN COCK PLUG

Remove the 2 radiator drain cock plugs.

Remove the O-ring from each radiator drain cock plug.
