Disconnect the 2 connectors.

Detach the clamp.

Detach the claw and remove the plate.

Remove the grommet.

Using a 4 mm hexagon socket wrench, remove the 2 bolts and connector tube.

NOTICE:: Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.

Remove the 12 screws.

Detach the claw and guide and then remove the heater case LH.

Remove in this Direction

Remove the rear evaporator sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.

Remove the 2 O-rings from the rear evaporator sub-assembly.

NOTICE:: ·

Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.

·

Do not reuse the removed O-ring.

Hide Display 88605C 8.REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (REAR EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR)

HINT:: If damaged during removal, replace the part with a new one.

Remove in this Direction

Detach the claw and remove the No. 2 air conditioning harness assembly (rear evaporator temperature sensor) in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.
