1.INSTALL VANE PUMP ASSEMBLY
Install the vane pump assembly with the 2 bolts.
- Torque:
- 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)

2.CONNECT PRESSURE FEED TUBE ASSEMBLY
Install a new gasket to the pressure feed tube assembly.
Connect the pressure feed tube assembly and install the union bolt.
- Torque:
- 50 N*m (510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf)

3.CONNECT NO. 2 OIL RESERVOIR TO PUMP HOSE
Connect the No. 2 oil reservoir to pump hose to the vane pump assembly and slide the clamp to secure it.
4.CONNECT WIRE HARNESS BRACKET
Connect the connector.
Install the wire harness bracket with the bolt.
- Torque:
- 13 N*m (133 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf)

6.INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE

8.INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

9.INSTALL RADIATOR COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
10.INSTALL FRONT WHEEL RH
11.ADD POWER STEERING FLUID
12.BLEED POWER STEERING FLUID
13.INSPECT FOR POWER STEERING FLUID LEAK
