Hide Display 1.INSTALL HOLE PLUG

Install the 10 hole plugs to the front frame assembly.

HINT:: There are 2 different shapes of hole plug.

Temporarily install the front lower No. 1 suspension arm sub-assembly LH to the front frame assembly with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

HINT:: Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.

Install the front stabilizer bar with the front No. 1 stabilizer bracket LH, front No. 1 stabilizer bracket RH, front No. 1 stabilizer bar bushing LH and front No. 1 stabilizer bar bushing RH to the front frame assembly.

Install the front No. 1 stabilizer bracket LH to the front frame assembly with the 2 bolts.

Torque:: 135 N*m (1377 kgf*cm, 100 ft.*lbf)

NOTICE:: ·

Make sure to install the front No. 1 stabilizer bracket LH with its arrow facing the inside of the vehicle.

·

Temporarily tighten the bolt (A) and (B), and then fully tighten the 2 bolts in the order of (A) and (B).

Install the front No. 1 stabilizer bracket RH to the front frame assembly with the 2 bolts.

HINT:: Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.
