BRAKE SYSTEM (OTHER)  VACUUM RESERVOIR(for LHD)  INSTALLATION  

Install the vacuum reservoir assembly with the 3 nuts.

Torque:

8.5 N*m (87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf)

Tighten the vacuum check valve assembly.

Torque:

29.4 N*m (300 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf)

Connect the vacuum hose and slide the clip to secure it.

NOTICE:

Make sure to connect the vacuum hose with its paint mark facing the front of the vehicle.

·

Make sure that the tabs of the clip are facing the front of the vehicle.

Connect the vacuum hose and slide the clip to secure it.

NOTICE:

When connecting the vacuum hose, face the paint mark up.

·

Make sure that the tabs of the clip are facing upward.

Engage the 2 clamps to install the engine room main wire to the wire harness clamp bracket and glow plug controller bracket.

Engage the 2 clamps to install the engine room main wire to the wire harness clamp bracket.
