PROCEDURE

Hide 15367 1.INSTALL OIL LEVEL SENSOR BRACKET

a.

Install the oil level sensor bracket with the 2 nuts.

Torque:
10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)


Hide 89491 2.INSTALL ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR

NOTICE:
·

Be careful not to allow engine oil to contact the terminals.

·

Do not use a brakes cleaner or a solvent on a connector.

Install the engine oil level sensor with the 2 nuts and attach the clamp.

Torque:
10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)


b.

Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring of the engine oil level sensor.

Install a new clip to the engine oil level sensor as shown in the illustration.


d.

Connect the engine oil level sensor connector.
