2.CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS
a.

Confirm problem symptoms

i.

Check the functions for which the problem symptoms occur. (Audio function, etc.)

ii.

If the malfunction occurs for radio, there is a high chance of the malfunction being caused by external factors.

HINT:
·

If the malfunction occurs depending on the location, consider transmission lines, overhead wires, neon signs, trucks or motorcycles, wireless transmissions from vehicles, buildings, etc., as the cause.

·

If the malfunction occurs depending on the channel (broadcast station), consider excessively strong radio waves, excessively weak radio waves, poor quality signal, unstable signal, etc., as the cause.

iii.

If the malfunction occurs when playing a USB storage device, there is a high chance of the malfunction being caused by the media or media format. In this situation, check with the customer the conditions when the malfunction occurred in accordance with the interview sheet.

a.

Check that condensation is not likely to occur in the cabin and that the temperature is not -20°C (-4°F) or lower, or 65°C (149°F) or higher.

HINT:
·

A humid cabin and a rapid change in temperature may lead to condensation. Condensation in the cabin may cause a short circuit.

·

The audio system may not operate normally when the temperature is -20°C (-4°F) or lower, or 65°C (149°F) or higher.
