DESCRIPTION

The compressor with pulley assembly receives refrigerant compression demand signals from the air conditioning amplifier assembly.

Based on this signal, the compressor with pulley assembly changes the amount of compressor output.

Disconnect the G46 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

C44-2 (SOL+) - G46-18 (SOL+) Always Below 1 Ω
C44-1 (SOL-) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
C44-2 (SOL+) or G46-18 (SOL+) - Other terminals and body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
