DESCRIPTION

When a malfunction is detected between various ECUs and sensors, these DTCs are stored.

for HV Model:

After 3 seconds or more have elapsed since turning the lane tracing assist system on and the ignition switch to ON, while the vehicle speed is 5 km/h (3 mph) or more, a communication malfunction between the forward recognition camera and the hybrid vehicle control ECU is continuously detected for 5 seconds or more


for Gasoline Model:

After 3 seconds or more have elapsed since turning the lane tracing assist system on and the ignition switch to ON, while the vehicle speed is 5 km/h (3 mph) or more, a communication malfunction between the forward recognition camera and the TCM is continuously detected for 5 seconds or more

PROCEDURE

1.CHECK FOR DTC (LANE TRACING ASSIST SYSTEM)
a.

Clear the DTCs.

Chassis > Lane Control > Clear DTCs

b.

Make sure that the DTC detection conditions are met.

HINT:

If the conditions are not met, the system cannot detect the malfunction.



c.

Check for DTCs.
